Brief: A graduate of the Bachelor’s of Business Management Honours

Share your achievement/success story in detail. My story is short but enthusiastic. I'm from Omusati Region, Namibia, a Region of peace, joy, and happiness. One of my biggest dream in my life is to be an independent person through education. I am a product of NAMCOL that was in 2012, I register with NUST by then POLYTECHIC of Namibia in 2013 for Bachelor of Human Resources Management. Currently I am a holder of Business Management Honours. It was a great journey to be a NUST student family from 2013- 2021 and grab two Bachelors and one Honours degree. In 2015 I got internship at National Software Engineering Academy (Currently Golden Software Engineering Institute) as Human Resource intern where I was promoted as a HR Junior Lecturer and later on promoted as an Academic Dean, I work in for the academy until 2017. In 2018 I become a businessman by opening a private academy called NORTHERN EXCELLENCE ACADEMY that helps grade 10 and 12 to improve their symbols. Today I am working for Roads Authority of Namibia as from 2019.

Tell us more about your journey leading up to this moment. Attaining your dreams is always not an easy task, but being committed, focus and prayerful are some of most personal qualities that I have had put at heart as human. If it was not of school and taking study seriously I would not have been working for one of the biggest state-owned enterprises in Namibia (Roads Authority).

What does this achievement mean to you and how will you use it to motivate others? This achievement strengthened my academic and social wellbeing. It is an experience I needed to be able to make a difference in the future. With this knowledge, I can be an active member contributing with practical strategies in order to put our beautiful country Namibia in a world map and contribute significantly to the society, country and global economy.

what are your plans for the future? I would like to continue studying and enroll for my masters then Ph.D. and become a LECTURER or a CEO at one of the biggest company or state owned organisation.

The success quote you live by is ... The elevator to success is out of order. You’ll have to use the stairs, one step at a time.
